Apartment || Bug/glitch report.

ISSUE: Hello! I bought an apartment (Apartment Block F, 363) on the 16th of July. Since i bought it, it wont let me break any block in /editmode, nor will it let me /property or /apartment reverse it. It will let me place blocks down and let me break the blocks I put down, but it wont let me get rid of the blocks and stuff that was already there. I was just seeing if someone can help, thanks a lot! <3
