Apartment Difficulties

Just bought an apartment yesterday morning, and there are blocks on the patio I can't break that were placed by the old owner. It gives me the 'You cannot break blocks of your apartment' alert despite it being well within my patio, and not apart of the structure walls at all.

The apartment is in Deluxe building D, room 101.
Coordinates for my patio are: +1716, +30, +1375

EDIT: To clarify, everything currently ON the patio is what's giving me trouble. I've cleared out everything I CAN break. Just so there's no confusion.

Not to worry, a lot of players encounter this issue, too. You can resolve it by directly contacting a Senior Administrator on Discord, asking for them to come and break them, or hop onto the server itself and ask for a staff member using the /help to teleport to you and help out.

a way to fix it alone also is to do /apartment reverse shortly after you buy the apartment
