Apartment Editing Issue

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1413 / 36 / 1288
ISSUE: There's a specific spot in my apartment that won't allow me to break the block in place and the block directly above won't let me place anything there. The coordinates of this spot are 1413 / 36 / 1288. Could someone please help me out and fix this? Thank you!
