Apartment editmode issue

ISSUE:
I recently bought the apartment, and I go into edit mode and I can not break or remove any blocks or anything at all. So I cannot design the apartment how I would like it to be as my characters preference.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I've have tried doing /property reverse did nothing, I did relog also when I first bought the apartment to see if that had worked but it didn't. I have officially run out of options but to ask for help​
