Apartment Glitched Areas

Issue: Can't place anything in some spots and also can't break the sand blocks.
Additional Information: The two empty spots and the sand blocks to the left are the glitched parts.

Edit: There were apparently more glitched parts and I've labeled them inside the apartment itself with signs next/near them.
