Apartment Glitched Blocks

ISSUE:
There are a few areas in my apartment where it doesn't allow me to place blocks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I surrounded the unplaceable area with the lime green blocks specifically at these coordinates:
X:1791, Y:49, Z:668
X:1795, Y:49, Z:668
X:1792, Y:49, Z:661
X:1797, Y:49, Z:658

My apartment is in complex F4, room 297.
