Apartment Issue | Removing The private sign & Jukebox

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1859 44 608
ISSUE: Remove the sign made by FallenDragon1, co-ord: 1835 49 607, there are 3 signs I need them all to be removed please :) And the three jukeboxes in the same room, for some reason I can't remove it.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Only needs to remove the sign, can just leave the chests there I'll deal with it! (If its not possible then remove them all!) Thank you.
