A couple of minutes before the server crashed, I bought this apartment with only 50k in my balance. When the server crashed, I went back to my apartment, and it said unowned; however, I'm still missing the yen. A ticket has been open in-game since then, but I am still waiting for a response. I've attached a screenshot of the chat message that pops up when you buy the apartment. I had to scroll back in chat to find the message.
