APARTMENT SUGGESTION

WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Im suggesting a new type of apartments, sewers rat holes it would be a little apartments or how i call it "RAT HOLES" in the sewers, that could be bought for 10-20k, HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?: it would let more new players, or players that just want a little space to stay in what they wanted finally, a few peoples even liked it.

NOTES: A few peoples told me to make this an a suggestion so i built it in a private world, it would be really cool to just live in a "RAT HOLE" in the sewers, and its good if you just need a chest or something! or you need a temp apartment and you dont have much money.
