ISSUE: Firstly the original owner had created private signs, in which as a result I cannot remove. Secondly I have a trapdoor which I cannot remove as well.

Down below is the trapdoor, it is located on the upper floor. The private signs are scattered around the house (downstairs and upper-floor), though are pretty easily viewable.
