I have a good experience with roleplay because i have roleplayed a lot of character that have interacted with many diffrent people
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
1 For the Money 2 Because i genuinly want to try something new and not just be a student

"Do not Swear at me young man / woman i will not hessitate to give you the smallest sample"
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
i whoud instantly call others on the radio and try to defuse the situation

If no one else is online i whoud step in between the two students pushing them away from eachother
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I whoud first warn them if they keep tjat going i wont hessitate to stop them forcfully
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
They whoud simply just try to sit in quiet and relax

Backstory
Owen Brennan is a 30 year old irish male who moves to karakura japan when he still was under three years old because his family moves. He grew up with his very loving family one Father Mother one and two sisters. The time he turned 21 His mother sadly passed away from an unknown man who pushed her into an Incoming Train. Before she passed away Owen had very fond memories with his mother cooking together with his two sisters and all three taught him how to cook diffrent kinds of food with his father watching by the sidelines helping anyways he can. But when Owen heard of his mother passing away he was shatterd straight up crying for hours on end up untill he has decided to cook one of her favorite meals to pay respect to her and cherish the memories he had made with her. And ever since that train accident his two sister and his father wanted to leave karakura afraid that something simmelar choud happen to them. They told owen that they shoud leave aswell but he refused he wanted to die peacfully in karakura so that he choud stay as close to his mother if there even was an afterlife. He starts having this mind set of wanting to let entire karakura know how great his mothers cooking was so he had decided to try and open his own street shop offerning people food for a small price but no one ever saw him through the large crouds of other resturants. Then he tried applying for diffrent resturants but he got denied was told that he cannot work there simply because he had "to be a proffesional cook" or somethjing on the lines of "to little experience for cooking" even altho he started cooking when he was around 7 years old.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"I want to honer my mothers cooking by cooking for the next generations to show everyone how good of a cook my mother was and i want to show how she inspierd me"
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Because i whoud love to cook for everyone and inspire them to cook aswell
