apt glitched block

[DEADPUNKZ]

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1865 69 1361 and 1858 75 1369 and then 1867 75 1369
ISSUE: it wont let me place a block on those coords.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: whenever i try placing a block it says ' cannot place block there ' and I don't know why.
