Background:
Arkaere Elyon Helvete's childhood was marked by a constant state of fear and despair. Growing up in an abusive household in Tanzania, he suffered at the hands of his parents, who inflicted both physical and emotional pain on him. As he got older, the abuse only escalated, until finally, he could take it no longer. When his parents passed away, Arkaere saw it as an opportunity to escape his tormentors and seek a better life elsewhere. He made his way to Karakura, Japan, hoping to start anew. But despite his best efforts, he found it hard to escape the emotional scars left by his past. He struggled with severe depression and anxiety, which only worsened after he was diagnosed with PTSD. These inner demons led him down a dark path, and he became involved with several gangs during his high school and college years.
Despite the dangerous nature of his associations, Arkaere found a sense of purpose and belonging as the right-hand man of several powerful gang leaders. He became known for his loyalty and his ability to get things done, no matter the cost. But his devotion was tested when he was forced to make a choice that would change the course of his life forever. One day, his adopted younger sister was threatened by a rival gang member. Arkaere knew he had to act fast to protect her, and he did so by killing the person who posed a danger to her. Though his actions were in defense of his family, he was nonetheless sent to prison for murder. During his time behind bars, Arkaere had a lot of time to reflect on his past and his future. He knew that he couldn't continue down the path of crime, but he didn't know where to turn. When he was released, he found a job as a school receptionist at Karakura High and began to turn his life around. He even found a new sense of belonging with the Elyon family, a group of individuals who valued loyalty and honor above all else.
Despite his attempts to move on, Arkaere still struggled with his inner demons. He couldn't shake off the memories of his abusive childhood, the violence he had been a part of, and the guilt he felt for taking a life. He was haunted by his past, and he often found himself debating his life choices. Eventually, the pull of his former life became too strong, and he left his job at the school to return to a life of crime. He knew it was a dangerous and uncertain path, but he felt as though he had no other choice. The life he had left attempted to leave behind soon caught up to him. His somber journey continued, as he grappled with the weight of his past and the uncertainty of his future.
