Contest CategoriesParticipants can submit their posters under one of the following categories:
- Digital Art: Posters created digitally using software tools.
All techniques allowed (with the exeption of completely AI generated content, lacking human vision and effort.)
- SLOGAN: Your Poster screams a catchy slogan! "Bobcats Roar!" or "Spartans United!"
or whatever typographic text you want to present! It needs to be short - and impactful!
- Team Spirit: A category focusing on posters that highlight collaboration or shared fandom,
like group projects - group pictures - Onrain Celebrity endorsements - references to team drama - or a typical community meme!
You may only submit one poster in one category (even if your poster combines multiple qualities from multiple categories or you have enough time to make two or more posters).
ThemeYour fan poster should represent the spirit of your chosen team - BOBCATS or SPARTANS. Think of it as a rallying call for your favorite team!
Posters can be serious, humorous, emotional, or playful. They MUST stay respectful to both teams and their supporters. No riffs on "shartans" or "furries" here.
(Also while it is technically possible to submit a poster that cheers both Bobcats and Spartans, it is advised to stick with one team.)
PrizesEach category will have three winners (per team: Bobcats and Spartans), and two special winners - for a total of 20 winners across all categories.
- First Place:
- 1 Custom Vehicle
- 250,000 in-game yen.
- Second Place:
- 1 Custom Item/Furniture
- 100,000 in-game yen.
- Third Place:
- 1 Animal Whitelist
- 50,000 in-game yen.
Special Bonus Prizes
- Best Overall Poster (Judged across all categories and teams): 1,000,000 yen!
- Jury's Pick: A surprise prize selected by the jury for a standout entry! (probably a collection of funny/strange items!)
Participation Rules
- Eligibility: Open to all SRP RoleplayHub players with an active forum account.
Your character must be connected to Karakura High School or College in some way.
- Submission Limit: One poster per participant in one category only.
- Originality: Submissions must be original. Plagiarism or heavy use of AI-generated designs will lead to disqualification.
- Format:
- Upload your design in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format.
- Include your IGname, poster title, and category in your submission post.
- Add optional commentary to explain your design.
- Community Engagement: Participants are encouraged to interact with each other’s submissions in a positive way.
- Submission Deadline: Entries must be submitted between January the 20th, 2025, and February the 1st, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
Judging CriteriaPosters will be evaluated based on the following:
- Creativity and Originality (30%)
- Relevance to Theme (25%)
- Visual Appeal (25%)
- Community Spirit/Impact (20%)
The judging panel will hopefully include representatives from both cheer teams, members of the student council, hopefully community team members, and independent members of the community with a keen eye for art.

How to Enter
- Create your design based on the contest theme and your chosen category.
- Post your submission in this thread with the following format:
- Category: [Digital Art/SLOGAN/Team Spirit]
- Poster Title: [Example: "Spartan Thunder!"]
- IGname: [Your in-game name] (the one that will receive the prize)
- Optional Commentary: [A brief description of your inspiration, if desired.]
- Check your competition - Wait for the deadlines to arrive - Celebrate your victory!
FAQs
- Can I collaborate with others?
- Yes! Collaboration is allowed, (and even encouraged in the third category) but only one person (the submitter) can claim the prize.
- Can I submit multiple posters?
- No, each participant can only submit one poster in one category.
- Will my poster be used ICly?
- We’ll try to feature winning designs in an IC newspapers (e.g., Karakura News or the Tsubasa Report).
They will probably be featured as ICly furniture posters! However, treat this as an OOCly art contest until confirmed ICly.
- Can I change my submission?
- Yes! You may update your submission until the deadline. Ensure any revisions replace the previous entry.
- What happens if my poster is disqualified?
- You will be notified if your submission violates any rules, and you may resubmit if the deadline has not passed.
