Trivia

What subject are you applying to teach?:

Art
What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I myself am an artist! I think i’d be a pretty alright art teacher..
More than anything it is because of the story of my character, also wanting an adult role and wanting proper income in game! But- as I said overall, for the actual character I want her to be able to have a start. I want Kyoko to be AN ACTUAL character in srp. Having minimal parts of her story that aren't too appropriate cut out as no one knows much about the actual character, including the law.
Kyoko has a deep passion for art and wants to share that passion with others. She may have always enjoyed creating art, and found that teaching it to others was a natural fit for her. As a former lady of the night, Kyoko may have had limited opportunities to pursue her artistic interests, and becoming an art teacher may have been a way for her to finally fulfill that passion. Additionally, she may have a desire to provide a positive influence for her students and help them develop their own artistic abilities, as well as offering them a creative outlet and a means of self-expression. Teaching art may also provide a sense of purpose and fulfillment for Kyoko, as she is able to contribute to the growth and development of others.

Do you understand that you are applying for the teacher role of UT & If your application is accepted, you may have to undergo teacher training?:
In addition to looking forward to teacher training, as a potential UT, I would also be excited to gain more experience and knowledge in the field of education. I believe that ongoing learning is important in any profession, and as an UT, I would be eager to continually improve my skills and techniques as a teacher. Furthermore, I understand that the training would prepare me for the responsibilities of being an NQT and, eventually, a Qualified Teacher. I am motivated to work hard and excel in my role as an UT, knowing that it will contribute to my future success as a teacher.

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Teacher class logs are detailed records of a teacher's daily lessons and activities in the classroom. They include information about the topics covered, teaching methods used, student attendance, and any issues or concerns that arose during the lesson. These logs are important because they provide a comprehensive record of a teacher's work, and can be used as a reference for future planning and evaluation. The teacher class logs are used by the teacher to track their progress, keep a record of what they have taught and the results, and assess their teaching methods. They also serve as a communication tool between the teacher and other faculty members, allowing them to share information and collaborate on best practices. Additionally, the logs can be used by school administrators to evaluate the teacher's performance and provide feedback, as well as for accountability and compliance purposes. Overall, teacher class logs are an important tool in effective teaching and learning. They help teachers to reflect on their lessons and make improvements, and provide valuable information to other teachers and school administrators.

These rules help maintain order in the classroom and promote a positive learning environment, allowing students to focus on their studies and achieve their academic goals.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I’ve been roleplaying for the last 5-6 years of my life. It comes with being home most of the time due to when I was homeschooled, I often went online to find some form of innocent fun and roleplay was that fun. I started in a game called IMVU (quite regret it really) but I still learned how to do more or less advanced literate roleplay. I learned even more when I migrated to amino, then I finally reached discord, DND and minecraft. My experience in roleplay is…well, quite a bit. It’s been a big part of my life for a while and gives me a lot of inspiration for doing art! Including a comic I’m even making for SRP.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What are their plan for the future?

Kyoko is a woman who, at the age of 16, ran away from home and ended up working as a lady of the night. She had two sons with her ex-lover, Yamada, whom she left in his care. She eventually met Snoobs at age 32, and now hopes to have a lawful and healthy career as an art teacher. Kyoko has striking features, including red hair, sapphire blue eyes, and delicate pale skin. These features make her stand out, and add to her unique and different qualities. When it comes to students, Kyoko is passionate about helping them unlock their creative potential. Scenarios
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
As an art teacher, Kyoko's primary responsibility is to maintain discipline within the art classroom and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all students. However, if she encounters a group of delinquents in the hallway who are cursing and swearing, she may choose to intervene if the behavior is disrupting the learning environment or if it poses a safety risk to other students. Kyoko may first attempt to diffuse the situation by calmly asking the delinquents to stop their behavior and reminding them of the school's code of conduct. If this approach does not work, she may involve other staff members or school security to assist in resolving the situation. It's important to note that Kyoko's approach may vary depending on the specific situation and her assessment of the level of danger or disruption posed by the delinquents. Ultimately, her priority will be to ensure the safety and well-being of her students and the school community as a whole.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
If no one in Kyoko's class is listening to her, she may try to change up her teaching approach to better engage the students. This could involve using different teaching methods or materials, asking more questions to encourage participation, or finding ways to relate the material to the students' interests. If changing her approach doesn't work, Kyoko may consider speaking with individual students or the class as a whole to try to address any issues that may be causing the lack of engagement. She may ask for feedback or suggestions on how to make the class more interesting or engaging for them. If the students continue to be disruptive and refuse to engage in the class, Kyoko may need to involve school administration to help manage the situation and ensure a productive learning environment for all students.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Kyoko is a friendly and sociable person, so when she is in the teacher's lounge, she enjoys chatting with her colleagues and getting to know them better. She sees it as an opportunity to learn from their experiences and to share her own, which she believes can benefit her in her teaching career. She likes to create a positive and welcoming environment in the lounge, and will often bring in snacks or treats to share with her colleagues as a way to show her appreciation for them. However, she also knows when it's time to get down to business and focus on her work. If she needs to prepare for a class or grade assignments, she will do so without distractions. She believes that balance is key, and so she tries to maintain a good work-life balance by making sure that her work is done on time and that she has enough time to unwind and relax. Overall, Kyoko is a pleasant and positive presence in the teacher's lounge, and hopes her colleagues appreciate her for it.
