What’s your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying for a nurse position within the hospital is my desire to further my roleplay, and be able to help people. Since joining schoolroleplay, I've had experience with being a Highschool student, a swim-team member and a College student. Although enjoying those roleplays, I'd enjoy furthering my roleplay into being an adult in a position where I can help the people of Karakura.

What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
The position I'm applying for; a nurse plays a significant role within the hospital and specialise in many different areas. They mostly take care of patients needs, and assist doctors and other hospital employees in their duties. They generally conduct physical examinations of patients, communicate the patients needs between the doctor and patient, administering medicine etc.

Yes I am aware that there is a minimum age limit for each position, e.g a nurse being 23 at a minimum and a surgeon being a minimum age of 28.

Yes I do acknowledge that. I'll try my best to be as active as I can.
What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
My basic medical knowledge is as follows; I know the basics of first aid such as CPR on adults and infants, burns, cuts, spinal and neck injury etc. I'm aware of basic anatomy and biology, as it's a course I have studied in school, and also terminology for different diseases and illness'. Of course my knowledge on more advanced medical practices are limited.

Head Physician
The role of the Head Physician is to be in charge of the hospital. They are in position to manage and run the hospital. They are in control of each role of the hospital, the payment of the employees and ensure that everything within the hospital is running as it should.
Clinical Manager
The role of being the Clinical Manager is basically being second in charge to the Head Physician, they too ensure that the hospital is running smoothly and are in charge over most of the EMS roles.
Clinical Lead
The Clinical Lead are the people in charge of each EMS role, making sure they are doing their jobs correctly.
Surgeon
The role of a surgeon is to carry out surgical procedures on patients whether it be for minor, common or emergency reasons. They can be trained to carry out specific surgeries, or be trained to carry out any type.
Doctor
Doctors are trained to treat and diagnose diseases and illness' through the use of medicine and carry out check-ups on patients.
Nurse
The role nurses play, as stated before, are to take care of patients needs and assist doctors and other hospital staff in carrying out their duties. They play a vital role in communication between doctors and patients, and can administer medicine and conduct physical examinations on patients.
Psychiatrist
Psychiatrists are required to provide patients with therapy, diagnose them, and prescribe them medicine for their different medical needs based on their mental illness'.
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
How are you like during and off shift?:
On shift, I'd be cool, calm and collected. Those behavioural mannerisms would of course be displayed while on shift as to make the patient's feel calm, and so that there would be no tensions between other hospital staff members. I'd also of course try to be friendly. Off shift however, I'd be the same but carry a much lighter and humorous mannerism.
How would you describe your personality in summary?:
My personality for the most part is very much humorous, being very outgoing and quite loud. However, I can be serious in important manners and can handle such matters in a very mature and respective way.
How would you describe your appearance?
My appearance is that of a 5'4 American-Korean female. I have dyed, light hair which contrasts well with sharp facial features and stoic green eyes. Light freckles dust my cheekbones, giving my face somewhat of a 'softer' look in comparison to my harsher features.

Being born in South Korea, life wasn't set off on the greatest foot for Amira. Born to an American father and Korean mother, her mother left before Amira could even get to know her. As she grew up, she grew a bitter distaste toward the women she never knew; and now never wishes to know. At the age of seven, her father Mason Vertis decided to make the bold move to Karakura, Japan; hoping that it would provide a more promising future for young Amira, and for himself. Upon reaching Karakura, Amira struggled to fit in, moving from group to group. As she aged however, she managed to somewhat find her place; joining the high-school swim team and managing to finally adjust to her new home. On August 12th, Mason Vertis decided that Karakura wasn't the place for him, deciding to move back to his hometown in America. Now in her senior year of highschool, Amira strongly refused, arguing that she would not go through another change. Much to her bitter disappointment, on August 14th Mason left Karakura and his daughter behind. Filled with resentment and the desire to leave any bit of her past life behind, she changed her name to 'Mira' - she considered 'Amira' to be a horrible figure of the past, one she'd never relate to again. As everything felt it had fallen in place, it had yet again fallen apart for 'Mira' as she moved onto her years of college ahead.
