Assistance with removal of previous owner's blocks

ISSUE: Require assistance with removal of previous apartment owner's blocks
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I bought over an apartment , Room 405 @ Block I. The previous owner left a protected chest and some blocks in it. I was wondering if I could get some assistance with the removal of the aforementioned.
