Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
❋ Teachers are important to SchoolRP because, they improve the involvement in roleplay creating new scenarios bringing light to the industry. Teachers in SchoolRP also make aspects for kids who wish to know more about SchoolRP, or more about themselves. Performing the mind to know more things that it hasn't been taught yet in real life terms. This being said, Teachers for SchoolRP are important to help people who are starting SchoolRP for the very first time to know the basics of Roleplay. Teachers help them discover their passion Icly and oocly. Teachers will continue to make such a mark on SchoolRP to help others know their way around this specific Industry.


❋ Teachers bring engagement to the server, as beyond the role it's a guiding way of Roleplay. Teachers shape the platform of SchoolRP making marks to the server as events. Events mainly happen on the School Grounds where the teachers watch chaperone. Teachers make roleplay more fun as it brings creativity and learning on with it. Beyond this role it creates communication, friendship, and inspiration. This inspires people to know what they physically want in roleplay as when people start, they don't know where exactly to start. They ensure every student has an opportunity to grow.

Describe your character:
❋ Elijah Isogawa-Jung He would be measuring in 6'5 in height, weighing about 195lbs. You would notice his hair would be a dyed blonde with blue and yellow eyes, walking near him you would notice his scent of Peppermint off him. His voice is a deep sounding, as it sounds very focused. Looking around at the male, you could see a wedding ring on him. Looking at the male His facial expression seemed quite serious.


❋ Elijah acts very mature of his age listening closely to his colleagues and students, making sure they're constantly behaving and actually acting there true age. Elijah is a funny guy, but becomes serious when he has to take focus on his job. Elijah Maturity level is higher than most as he was raised by a high end family making sure he is constantly on maturity. Elijah sees things completely different, He believes most things should be professional. Like playing around during his working hours. He prefers to either sit in his classroom grading papers or creating assignments, Or if he isn't in his classroom at the time. He is outside patrolling, walking around on his grounds.

❋ Elijah speaks Spanish so it would be easier to communicate with foreigners. Elijah likes to help his co-worker and students to the best of his ability. Elijah speaks mostly what is on his head, he prefers to not be in the spotlight when he isn't teaching which keeps his head up higher, willing to promote more advice on the factual prospects of life. Elijah continues to study more and more about Chemistry everyday which also helps him promote more involvement for his kiddos. He likes to perform an engaging experiment with his students when he gets a chance too.


❋ Elijah plan for a future is something he is still working on, He wishes to finally get married to his Fiance Fraya. He loves teaching which is why he is coming back to the school of Karakura. He has wanted to teach for quite some time now willing to give his students a better understanding of teaching. Elijah used to teach English before retiring for a while, he loved reading his books and seeing what his students wrote for him.

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
❋ Elijah outlook on his co-workers are very strict. He prefers good posture, good attitude, and not wanting to play around during their work day. He prefers his co-workers to be patient and work well and engage with the students. He feels like the more of his co-workers not taking their job seriously is worse because, this could make the students feel like its okay to do something when it is not. He takes every serious resort he possibly has to deal with. He changes his mood from a happy understanding guy to a frustrated or rather serious dude.


❋ Elijah’s outlook on his students are more strict then his co-workers. He knows they're kids but he also feels like if they just acted a bit more decent in school they will not be as many instants of kids getting into fights or anything else. Elijah’s opinions are very different then to his co-workers, he wants his kids to engage instead of just sitting in a classroom to just get quota to graduate. He wants them to feel entertained and happy they're in his classroom.

What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
❋ Elijah’s motivation to teaching is because he misses this feeling of excitement and engagement back when he did teach. He used to go on field trips and have them do their assignments. Elijah also missed the feeling of being in the spotlight while teaching his students. Elijah being himself, having this engaging power to help his kids understand the subject that he already knows so much about. Elijah wishes to continue to be with his students creating more engaging subjects to pronounce more specific engagement. Now that he's switching to Biology it will be more engaging for him, and help his students understand the aspects of Biology.


❋ Elijah is eager to get back into the textbooks, and engaging subjects. He feels like Biology switching over from English will give him a new challenge in teaching which will basically reinvent the way he teaches, bringing more light to the faction and to his students themselves. He looks forward to creating experiments for his students which can also engage them in the academic level. This could explain that he is willing to do anything for this faction mainly. He wishes to spark his student's interest in the teaching field or the Biology field in general. He feels like he can express how he feels about this subject as he longed to just be back into the text books. Elijah was always a studier back in college and Highschool which mainly sparked his interest on going back to the teaching field to teach one of his favorite subjects of all time. Biology.


❋ Biology isn't just knowledge to Elijah, Biology is like his best friend, he feels if he can continue to present the idea of biology, having his kids and students engage with such a subject he could actually get students enjoyment. Elijah feels like teaching this can present new ideas for the growing thinkers, Elijah has longed to help people in this decision process. Discovering who they really are.

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
❋ Elijah would first ask the class if anyone understands the subject. If none of them did Elijah would start over the lesson explaining the subject more clearly. He would give them a notebook to write on key details on that certain subject he is talking about. Elijah would give a physical demonstration he is talking about as well to help promote more engagement in his classroom. Elijah would then ask the students if they can do the physical demonstration as well showing them that the subject he is doing is possible just a little confusing from the start.


❋ If only one student didn't understand it he would also do the physical demonstration but he would type up his own notes giving the student the key details after he explained to that very student on what exactly is happening in this specific Lesson. Though if that very student still didn't understand he will have some of his classmates help him out. Elijah would explain in slow terms so everyone on the same pace would gradually understand the material bit by bit.

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
❋ Elijah would first give him a calm warning about disrupting his class as some kids were actually there for the actual subject he is teaching. He understands that students do act out which could be a reasonable reason on why that specific student is acting out, but he specifically prefers that student to behave at least in his instructional hour. He would emphasize to the student on why it isn't professional for him to continue the behavior that he is currently doing.


❋ If that specific student continues to disrupt the class, he will give another verbal warning but this time with his tone strong, and serious. He will pull this student to the front of the class to do the specific activity they're doing in the class. This method normally serves too purposes. It engages the student from changing his specific mind set into something productive. As well as it helps push the student to try harder in the class. Thought Elijah can't make a student do anything so if the student refuses he will strictly tell him that if he continues the behavior he is doing in his class he will get a Detention.


❋ If this behavior persists beyond a reasonable intervention Elijah will end up having to walk over too that students desk and quietly slip the male a detention slip and tell the male that he had multiple chances. Elijah would then kick the male out of his class if that student continued to react disruptively to the class's lesson. Elijah feels like students should have the 2 warning then detention mainly because it can help tell the student that they should follow what he is saying in class so it will not be disruptive anymore

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
❋ - Elijah would have all the kids form a group of 4 where he would give the group a cup of water, a water droplet, and a notebook. He would then also give them a couple of food dyes. Asking them to make 1-2-3-4 drop in each small water droplet on the table. He would ask them to write down the amount of dye seen in the water. Then once that part is done. Elijah would then come around with a drop of Iodine and food coloring placing it in a another water droplet on the table having the kids record that as well.


❋ - Elijah would already have the on the table before the kids arrive 4 packets of dry yeast. 4 water bottles, 4 balloons,1 funnel, 1 spoon, 1 large jug, 4 measuring cups, 4 thermometers, Sugar, 1 stopwatch, A pen to mark the water temperature on each water bottle during the experiment, A shelf to leave the science experiment to run, A notebook for your observations, and Boiling water. Elijah would carefully have them specific measure out each cup 50ML more than the other and have them write that in the notebook. Carefully pouring each boiling water in each plastic water bottle before pouring the sugar in. Once the sugar is in Elijah would have them place the balloon over the water bottles letting his students watch the balloons inflate
