EVIDENCE: Auction house randomly closed one day; I had those items in there for action. I asked when I saw it was closed in a ticket if I'd get those items back from the auction house. I was told by staff yes. When it opened back up the items did not come back.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I was told after many tickets to put the request here. I wanted to ask more questions, but the ticket was closed on me. I would very much like these items back, as I feel I shouldn't have lost them due to the auction house being broken something I could not control. Thank you.
