/bal, /pay, /spawn, /claimdoor

I've made a forum before on a previous account (I don't remember the login information, but i know that it didn't get a response) about this same problems, and it has caused me a lot of troubles. I cannot buy anything unless its the peach or marshmellow drinks, I can not pay anyone, i can't even check my balance. If there is a specific reason as to why i can't use the commands (/bal, /pay, /spawn and /claimdoor) then I'll try my best to understand and be a good sport about it, but as of now it just seems like there was a mistake and for some reason I do not have access to them. Please get back to me, i've been dealing with this problem for the past year and a half.
