WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Add building permissions to the new complex K's balconies.
After buying my penthouse in the new complex, i realized I didn't have any edit permissions to the balcony. Seeing all other complex's balconies can be edited, I don't see why these ones wouldn't be editable.
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?: It would get the owners of the penthouses more building space.

( At first, I thought it was a glitch, but I got confirmed by staff that it was made this way)

Those building permissions would mostly help the owners of the corner penthouses which have bigger balconies.

Spoke to KimiNoUso, and this will be changed over the next couple days to make it so you can edit your balconies, I did say it in LOOC at the apartment block itself, but must've missed you
