Balcony not fully apartment claimed

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1687, 57, 723

ISSUE: The third block on my balcony doesn't let me build on it as if it isn't a part of the apartment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I'm only able to use 2 of the 3 block lines to build on, it keeps kicking me out when i try to build on my balcony.
