ISSUE: Apartment needs to be unowned
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: My friend was recently permanently banned from SRP and they are more than likely not coming back to the server. So, he told me that I could have his apartment since they are no longer able to play on the server. DM me if the IGN is needed (Clexxs#8882).
