How often do you log onto the server?:
Everyday for around 3-7 hours depending on the day. If it's a weekday it'll probably only be for 4ish hours but on a weekend it can go all the way up to 7!

I do not have a microphone but I have a built-in microphone which works quite well for what it is made to do!
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
I have never been banned from SRP. I have been warned for silly things that I have done when I was immature but I have fully 100% learnt from my mistakes!
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
I can ensure that I will come on often because SRP is my favourite server and I play it everyday until late hours of the night and sometimes even into the next day!
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
I do recognise this and if it ever had to happen I would 100% understand why it would've happened because there must be a reasoning for everything.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
My role as Guidance Counselor is to help any student with any hard times that they may be going through and to give them some friendly support to be able to help them through any tough times that they are having to go through if it's a personal problem, problem with classes or even just friendships!
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I have no experience in being a Guidance Counselor but I have worked in the Karakura High School before and I really enjoyed it so I would like to come back. I love helping people through any times they may be going through so this is a great opportunity to help people within the SchoolRP commmunity!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying on SchoolRP for 2 - 3 years now but I have been roleplaying for around 4 years just on different servers before I found out about SchoolRP! I know the basics about In-Character(IC) , Out-Of-Character (OOC) and Local-Out-Of-Character (LOOC). I have read the SchoolRP rules many times and I have them stuck in my brain so I try to never break a rule on the SRP server that could lead in me getting banned, kicked or warned.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
My job as a Guidance Counselor is to support the students in their friendships, real life or subjects that they may be struggling with. My character Benjamin Venditti has gone through many heartbreaking and upsetting situations in his life and he believes that he will be able to help people as he will probably be able to relate to them in some shape or form as he was bullied heavily as a child for his ginger hair and he was emotionally abused by his ex at the young age of 15. Guidance Counselor should have a quaint little room where students can go to relax and talk to someone on a personal and a secretive level. The Guidance Counselor should never tell the information that a student has just told them to another member of staff or another student as this could cause the student he talked to more trouble with their lives and could drive them to do something bad.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would tell them to calm down and ask about why they are mad at me. I would try not to escalate the situation but if needed I would take them to the principals office or serve them a detention for cursing at me and being rude. I would make sure to be calm with them at all times as if I ever got mad this could damage my role as a Guidance Counselor and could possibly lead me to be fired which I would like to avoid as much as possible. If a principal or dean needed to be involved I would call them down by asking a fellow Teacher / Proffesor who may have access the /intercom command so I would be able to call them. If it ever got dangerous to me as a person, I would slowly calm them down and make sure they would not do anything to me as a person that could damage me, my self esteem or my mental health.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
If it was something dangerous such as hunting down a student who has a criminal activity I would politely decline. But if it was just something such as a fight I would accept and I would go and de-escalate the situation and serve the involved people with detentions or a trip to the College-Dean or the School-Principal's office as this behaviour would NOT be accepted whatsoever if you are a student at Karakura Highschool, we would like you to stay professional and kind to others around you. I would expect them to not bring in drama from out of school time which could disturb the rest of the class or even the school. If it was a job that could risk my health I would ask the principal if it could end up in me being hurt or emotionally unstable, if it was neither I would happily accept the offer.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would inform the Principal or Dean, depending on what branch they're under. If they were a College Professor I would tell the Dean but if it was a Highschool Teacher or regular staff member I would tell the principal. I would bring the fellow employee aside and tell them what they're doing is indeed dangerous or out of order and something that they should not be doing whatsoever! If they continued after I said this I would move the students aside and I would talk to the Employee asking things like "Why are you doing this?". If they do not listen to me I will go to the Principal and tell them that they are not doing their job correctly and they should deserve a warning or a possible suspension depending on the seriousness of the situation.

I love to help people with any hard times they may be going through and I would love to work back into this environment again. I realise that my characters maturity as a Geography Teacher in the past was not very good but I will tell you that he has improved and has a more mature manner towards working in a School Employee job. I have also only experienced Job Roleplay from a Teacher POV and not a school employee POV which I hope will be fun to experience.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted over other applicants because I have experience in this type of roleplay and I have been roleplaying for a very long time. I am very determined in this type of position and I will never stop working until 100%! Even when I have reached my capacity of working I will still go on and on until I can no more! I love working in a school environment as it is very positive and welcoming. I know the Guidance Counselor role is a new rank to SchoolRP but I would love to be the first to experience this type of roleplay! I love helping people and I often help people with any issues that they hold within themselves in real life at a Young People's Centre where I do voluntary work and I love it! I just love to help people with any issues that they may have.
