In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Tutors fill a different role than teachers and parents, and that puts them in a unique position to support students. Personal relationships are foundation to student success- the more connected a student feels to his or her tutor, the more the tutor creates trust and respect, essential ingredients for students to learn well.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: No, I'd love to get involved into it.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been role playing for over 3 years, I love the foundation of roleplay- I'd say I have a lot of experience in roleplay.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
The most important and influential duty of a tutor is to work one-on-one with students or groups of students to teach and guide them through homework assignments and test preparation. A tutor may need to provide examples of how to complete algebra problems, construct essays or diagram sentences. Tutors specializing in the sciences may guide students through lab assignments by demonstrating scientific concepts and lab safety.
Many times, tutors also assist with time management strategies for students who are struggling to balance schoolwork with other responsibilities. For example, a tutor may help a student create a calendar of deadlines and compile a priority list for assignments.
Tutors working in a tutoring center typically keep records of students' progress, administer practice tests and assessments, and assign practice work for students to complete outside of the tutoring session.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would tell the student to calm down, then turn the student in to a higher teacher.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: If I had to I would, also if it would benefit the school/students.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would tell the employee to stop, if they continued doing so I would turn them in to their boss.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I love children and I feel like this staff/team is a very good program for the students.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I think you should accept me because, I am a strong believe of student education. If the student needs extra help I would be there. I care about students and their future.
