Bike Tune Is gone?

So my friend which bike i now own due to him stopping with playing SRP i asked about the tunes on it and he said he had bought Max tunes and they are now vanished which i can also see i have a few SS of him buying the tunes and the current tunes on the car and it's a lot of money to save when your in need of money and i have the SS of him buying the tunes on this exact Vehicle, and it would be nice to get to find out he didn't waste his money and i would need to pay for the things that have been paid for already. So if there was a way to get it fully upgraded again it would help alot :) I will also post a few pictures of the bike so you can see it's the same one
