Viktor Popov is an exchange student hailing from Russia. His father is a Russian ultranationalist, and his mother a japanese immigrant to Russia. His father was extremely loyal to the soviet union, and became an orthodox priest when the Soviet Union collapsed. Viktor chose to follow down the communist roots of his father, and ignored his orthodox teachings. He came to japan in order to learn about his mother's heritage.
