Unfortunately there is no way to edit your birthday once it's been entered, though you can hide your Age and Birthday from public view via your 'Personal Settings'
Alternatively, you can contact one of the owners via Discord Samra#2020 or Ducks#2020 and ask for them to change this for you.
Open your settings via the pencil icon at the top-right of the forums
