BLOCKS CANNOT BE PLACED AT CERTAIN AREAS OF MY HOUSEHOLD PART 2

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): All information within this issue can be found within the screenshots.
ISSUE: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:The area within the grass blocks are points where blocks cannot be placed with the exception of the owner's sign, which ofc it can't.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I have posted this problem before, and while it was claimed a "solved", I still have the exact same problem.

• When you're online, try to break the area again and see if it lets you place the block back, if it doesn't then please make a new thread or a ticket on the server itself using /help​
