[BOAT] I bumped against the world border and my boat slipped out of reach

ISSUE: I explored the Kaigan Beach area with my brand new Explorer Boat, when I accidentally bumped against the world border.
I was ejected and the boat skidded way beyond my reach. I humbly ask for the coast guard to retrieve it for me, please.
