Bought items, never got them

I was down at the beach, and I went to the shop called 'Mitsuo's #1 Accessories' as I was there tried buying an item called 'Head Band' At first it said my user and that it couldn't be found, so I tried again, and again and still it didn't work, so I also tried to buy a different item and it did work. I went back to the headband and yet still didn't work, here is proof of it saying it was not found.

As you can see it didn't work, and yet my money still went down.
