I try my best to play at least once a day for a few hours, unfortunately because i am juggling school, work (where i can not come in a couple days a week since it’s my brother’s business) and sports i have a full schedule most days, i may also sometimes be on walks or just out with friends to keep my mental health in check as italian schools are very hard on the mental stability of most students.

What position are you applying for?:
Lawyer
What is your motivation for applying?:
The first reason is that i only have two student characters and i am looking for new rp scenarios and also to make my character a bit more of a more known person as i didn’t talk to many people while playing with my friend. a main aspect is that i’ve noticed that not many lawyers are online during the mornings and european times (mostly in the weekends as i noticed not many people are online but i understand that a lot of people have school or work or are just tired and wouldn’t want to wake up early), i think that i would be useful as i would be able to join during the weekends or during european times (of course mostly GMT+1 but one hour more or less won’t really change my answer), i am also looking for more serious roleplay in the government faction and hopefully new friends, a stable income is also an important aspect in the reason but not the main one.
The second reason is that even in real life i have a slight interest in law and i feel like this interest would be very useful in this position for memorising or at least having a very clear idea of the laws and Constitutional rights.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, i have read the laws and Constitutional rights multiple times and i am very familiar with them.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My goals are generally to contribute to the government faction to the best of my ability, more specifically i would try to be helpful in any way possible, even if that means not respecting the schedule i had planned for the day fully if the things i had planned weren’t that important.

as far as i’m aware the different roles of the government faction are:
governor:
They are usually the ones seen at the front desk, this position has a few basic responsibilities such as:
-handing out ID cards
-officiating marriages
-attending trials
-approving adoption paperwork
-surveying the public
-conducting shop inspections
judge:
Judges are the ones responsible for putting in place the law during trials, this position holds some of the more important responsibilities such as:
-attending trials
-issuing warrants
-officiating marriages
-file restraining orders
-approving adoption papers
-front desk work
-reviewing cases
lawyer:
Lawyers are those "fighting" for a client during court and during arrests, this position's also holds very important responsibilities such as:
-attending trials
-meeting with clients
-filing restraining orders
-front desk work
-attorney calls
-building client lists
