Club name of the club you are apply for the leadership position: Cooking Club

Why should you become a club leader over other applicants, what abilities or ideas do you have that could benefit the club you'll be in charge of?:

Firstly, I believe I stand out among the applicants due to my extensive experience and strong motivation for applying for this position. In the past, I have successfully managed the
Cooking Club (Culinary Club), significantly increasing its membership and organizing various activities within the Club and stalls during events. While each applicant brings their own unique approach to leading a club, I am confident in my ability to make a significant impact working alongside the future Club Members. My experience in collaborating with others during events has honed my communication skills, enabling me to effectively share ideas and plans.
I have numerous ideas to boost morale both inside and outside the club, keeping up activity with Cooking Competitions, Cooking Lessons, while practicing DetailRP with Cooking and more.
I am a strong advocate for DetailRP, and I believe that incorporating an active Cooking Club into SchoolRP can greatly enhance this experience, especially with particular Characters that wish to place their characters within a Club such as a Cooking Club. Additionally, I aim to encourage members to step out of their comfort zones, participate in events, and contribute their own ideas. Along with running Club events while being supervised by the Club Leader.

I have several ideas for revamping the club system. One of my proposals is to implement a ranking system within the club. In conjunction with the existing Cooking Plugin, members could earn certificates by reaching specific Attribute levels and completing certain cooking tasks in an Exam Setting. These will be conducted by either an Executive Chef, or Head Chef. For instance, baking a 2-tier cake could earn a member the 'Pâtissier (Pastry Chef)' certificate. Depending on the level of detail within actions and general knowledge of creating this dish, they would receive the certificate IC'ly, this will also be shown on their uniform as they would gain a small badge, and then OOC'ly (Within the Discord). This system would assign members roles within the kitchen, which would be utilized during club and school events. During a potential 'Restaurant Event' with the Host Club, each member of the Cooking Club will have a designated role and responsibility to prepare the requested dishes.
I also believe the club should have a strong sense of identity. To achieve this, we will revamp the Club Room, creating an optimized space for cooking, general hangouts, and storage. Additionally, a new uniform will be provided to each member, enhancing their sense of immersion within the club;

I also plan to utilize the server's online platform, Onrain, to build a community centred around the Cooking Club and the Food Plugin. This initiative aims to encourage others to use the plugin and improve their cooking skills, and hopefully inspire them to join the Cooking Club. Through Onrain, we will keep students informed about our club's activities and announce upcoming events that we are organizing or participating in. For those who do not use Onrain, the same updates and announcements will be posted on our Discord server, ensuring everyone stays informed and engaged. Combining all these elements, my overall goal is to enhance the immersive experience within the club, providing members with opportunities to gain roleplaying experience, teach newer players the nuances of DetailRP, and foster their character development. I also plan to collaborate with both existing and newly formed clubs, such as creating a snack bar for the Nap Club and offering meal prep for sports teams before major events or competitions. Under my leadership, any collaborative events can be successfully organized within the club. I will ensure that these events are carried out to benefit all members, both within and outside the Cooking Club.

CLUB INFORMATION

What is your motivation for becoming the new leader of this club:

My motivation for becoming the Cooking Club Leader is driven by my passion for DetailRP centred around food within the server. This role not only aligns with my interests but also presents an exciting opportunity to enhance the club and school experience for everyone involved. I am eager to lead the Cooking Club in a way that fosters a deeper appreciation and enjoyment of the club and school system. One of my primary goals is to introduce both new and existing players to the intricacies of DetailRP, emphasizing the creative and collaborative aspects of roleplaying around food. By doing so, I hope to enrich their roleplaying experience and encourage more active participation. I also plan to collaborate extensively with other clubs, the School Council, and Sports Teams. These partnerships will create diverse and engaging roleplay opportunities for Cooking Club members, allowing them to interact with a wider community and take part in various events and activities.

I bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and innovative ideas to the table. My background in managing clubs and organizing events equips me with the skills necessary to lead effectively and drive the club's success. Utilizing the tools and resources available to Club Leaders, I am confident in my ability to implement my ideas and elevate the club's overall experience. Through dedicated leadership and a collaborative spirit, I aim to make the Cooking Club a vibrant and integral part of the school's roleplaying community.

What activities and events will this club do?:

Below, I will outline a list of ideas for school-wide events and club-specific events. Additionally, I will provide a table of general activities to illustrate the day-to-day operations within the club. These suggestions aim to offer a comprehensive view of how we can engage members and enrich their experience both in and out of the club.

SCHOOL-WIDE EVENTSCLUB EVENTSGENERAL ACTIVITIES;

Food For The Future

General Description:- This event aims to educate students about the health risks associated with food. In addition to chefs preparing and selling healthy dishes, we plan to collaborate with the Environmental Club. They will educate participants about issues like littering and carbon emissions.
To add a fun element, we are considering activities such as 'Throw The Tomato', where teachers or members of the SLT will take turns sitting above a water body or cushion. All tomatoes used in this game will be collected for recycling purposes afterward.
Karakura Kitchen Nightmare

General Description: - Members will compete for the coveted 'Kitchen Nightmare' badge in a timed challenge. Using ingredients available within the club, they must create the most impressive dish possible. Judging criteria will include the dish's quality and level, as well as the use of techniques (actions) and culinary knowledge. The winner will receive the 'I Survived Karakura Kitchen Nightmare' badge on their apron, a small cash prize, and, of course, bragging rights.
Cooking Sessions

General Description: - Club activities will mainly include 'Cooking Sessions'. Within these sessions Chefs will be supervised by or instructed by a Head Chef, or an Advanced Chef within a Specialised Certificate position. These lessons will be focused on training the Cooking Attribute along with DetailRP, educating each other on OOC knowledge with cooking and techniques.
The Great Karakura Cookout!

General Description: - Every summer, the GKC (Great Karakura Cookout) invites school members to join in a large-scale culinary event. This seasonal celebration occurs twice during the summer months. The first event, held with a Beach Theme, highlights summery dishes and aims to introduce new food items and recipes. As the day progresses into evening, the focus shifts to BBQ-style dishes, complemented by fire pits and culminating in a spectacular fireworks display.

Later in the summer, a Forest-Themed Cookout will be hosted, featuring earthy and grounded dishes. This event encourages attendees to engage in fishing and cooking activities, enhancing their skills in both. Participants can cook or sell the fish they catch, while club members continue to prepare and offer a variety of dishes throughout the event.
Bakery Blast

General Description: - The Bakery Blast event focuses on all Club Members coming together to create all dishes sweet. With Music, Games and Chatting this event focuses on gathering members together to learn and bond. All products later can be collected by members and given to family, friends or faculty.
Stock Take

General Description: - The dishes created within the Club Room of course need ingredients, with this Club Members will gather and head off school grounds to gather any needed ingredients. This being from Fishing, Shopping in the local stores etc. It's team bonding but also beneficial to the dishes created within the Club.

How will the club benefit the School?:

The Cooking Club has been an integral part of our school's SchoolRP community for several years. It provides numerous benefits, particularly through its effective use of the Cooking Plugin, which allows members to advance their attribute skills and craft intricate dishes. Moreover, the club serves as a vibrant hub for role-players to engage in detailed and immersive roleplaying experiences. Creating dishes within these scenarios encourages participants to delve deeply into their characters and narratives, enriching their overall roleplay interactions.

What will be the requirements for future members, if any?:
