What's the title of your suggestion?: Burner Phones Suggestion

This might be a difficult suggestion to fulfil, but I think burner phones could be a cool addition to the server that could introduce different scenarios to play out.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
I think adding a burner phone to the Black Market could open up the possibility to new roleplay scenarios and change how crimes are committed. Burner phones could make it easier for criminals to demand ransoms, to commit prank calls, to issue warnings, and could help reinforce the idea that gangs and criminals are underground and doing everything they can to avoid being caught.
I think keeping it regulated to the Black Market could also help stifle the chance of too many phones being around at one time. Honestly, I want it because I think it'd be cool for characters to say a cool line and then snapping their phone and tossing it away like Gustavo Fring from Breaking Bad.
