Caecus is a tall gangly man. What muscle mass he has is fairly defined, showing off his unhealthy lack of fatty tissue below his heavily scarred skin. His legs bend in the manner of a bipedal digitigrade to compensate for the change in his weight distribution caused by his usual prosthetics. His posture is slightly bent over and tensed at almost all times.

His skin is an unnaturally dark shade of grey from years of painful treatments. The scars adorning his body have a slightly lighter grey discoloration.

His eyes are a pale grey color with a slight red tint to the white of his eyes.

Caecus prioritizes comfort and expense over style. His current signature outfit is a slightly tattered burgundy sweater and a pair of ratty shorts. The sweater was knit for him by his brother Villicus, while most other articles of clothing he owns were fished out of the trash.

Caecus' appearance had been significantly modified from its original state over the course of his childhood, with many abnormal attachments.
Four synthetic horns protrude from beneath his ivory hair, two curls around his ears like a ram's, the other two cascade over the top of his head like a wave.
His lower legs have been replaced with goat-like hoof prosthetics, a grey gradient fur covering hides away the straps holding the prosthetics to what's left of his legs.
Marking his cheeks are pale white eye tattoos to provide the illusion of having four eyes.
At the base of his spine are three metal protrusions that appear to be half of a locking mechanism, as if some attachment was meant to connect there. Most of the time these are hidden beneath his clothes.
Bandages wrap his hands, covering the bolts running through the joints in his fingers and preventing him from picking at the scar tissue surrounding them.
A small red sigil is tattooed behind his ear, the marking of Aspiciebam.
His skin is heavily scarred due to the extensive modifications, and complications with said modifications.
