Please describe this bug in as much detail as possible:
I bought a new apartment and I am unable to place a block at 1590, 59, 527. This happened earlier and I made a ticket and it was shortly fixed by placing concrete powder but whenever I try it, it doesn't let me break the concrete powder after.
