Can’t do anything

So I can’t claim a door I’ve tried to and I haven’t been able to. I can’t get food, I don’t have a phone like everyone else. I have basically nothing but the cosmetics chest. I’ve had to kill myself three times now just so I can get places. It’s really starting to bug me that I can’t do anything in this.
