Can someone help?

2-3 years ago, not sure how long I used to play minecraft nearly everyday but keep in mind i was big dumb cause young XD so i thought i would never play minecraft again so before deleting i thought I might get banned on my favourite sever(dis server) so i kinda repeated ban me until they banned me (i was an idiot ok-) but ehm im back on minecraft and wont do that again sorri XD so is there a way to get unbanned?? my usernames "PiyorinVR"

I mean, what else would staff members do when they see someone spamming “ban me”? It doesn’t matter how old you were, or how much IQ you had (I’m saying it like this cause saying that it was dumb is kind of mean), you could’ve known that you could get banned for spamming, and/or trolling.
