Describe your activity on the server: I have been attempting to play daily, however, I can probably make it on the server 3-4 days a week. However, during this time of quarantine, I can possibly make it 4-5 days a week?

What is your motivation for applying?: My motivation for applying is because the previous experiences of my officers, I didn't feel I served how I should have, and I believe I could do much more than what I did before and have not achieved my goals. I also want to be able to come back and experience how KPD has changed for the greater. I want to be able to show that I can do alot more for the department. I also talked to Aania and missed many of the things I was able to do while working for KPD, and alot of the people which I met from it.
Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct? Yes, I understand the conduct and laws in Japan & Karakura.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work? From my last experiences of a police officer, I know that their priority is to protect and serve. The standard put for police work is placed very high, and they are to be the upmost respected and should be enforcing and even following the laws at all times, being the biggest role model an officer could. The Karakura Police Department is set there to be able to protect the public from any minor and major threats, stopping any criminal activity which is found on public streets or really anywhere in Karakura. They're equipped with items exclusive to them to be able to help and not use for the worse, but for the greater good of the city.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP? The Karakura Police Force is important to Karakura and the well being of SchoolRP for the protection of it. Without police, gang activity would essentially take over. They're also just an essential to really any role play server or any city as you can't have a stable community or place without law enforcement. They are also there to enforce laws, minor such as fines and minor arrests like Disorderly Conduct, and major things like Gang Activity or even murder. Without the available law enforcement, SchoolRP would be a sheer mess.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time? Yes.
Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role? Absolutely, dedication is something which is required for a job such as the Police Force.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how he looks, what makes him unique? Sean "Gay" Gray is a male standing at 6'2 weighing approximately 190lbs. The unique thing about him was his old colored hair, being a pattern of pink and blue, however, his original hair color would be brown. He'd have an average build.
What he's like on and off the job? On the job, I attempt to be as dedicated as I can be. I also attempts to get along with as many as others, instead of enemies, attempting to made amends and companions with others. I will also attempt to try to help as many people when the opportunity can. When off, I attempts to still be as respectful as possible as I know I am to be a role model for Karakura.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future? His plans for the future is to attempt to stay with KPD as long as he can possibly, hoping to prevent an outcome like last time. If he is unable to, he would most likely attempt to find another career which is associated with government or law enforcement. Sean does not have an outlook based on his co-workers just cause he works with them, he solely determines how he feels about them based on who they are.
BACKSTORY - Sean was born in Ontorio, Canada, born in 1993. His name had originally been "Sean Novak" meaning New Man. His mother, "Emily Novak" and his father, "Christopher Novak" had been married for about 17 years, meeting after a 911 call which associated Christopher responding to Emily's distress call of a Grand Theft. The two had been married ever since. Sean had become nearly obsessed with law enforcement when he had heard about police on the news and what they do for his community, at about 12 years of age. He had began to research about policing and found out about lots of controversy which was against the police. Sean had wanted to know what all of the fuss was about, so he had enlisted in a Junior Police Program and seen what cops do and how they train and did not understand the controversy, later learning most of it was sided against the police and the "victims" were from their family. Sean wanted to experience it first hand, he spent alot of his life forgetting about it all before moving to Karakura at the age of 20 and attended college, taking Criminal Justice & Police Science as his majors, and Social Work for a minor. He then had found that applications for KPD were available in which he attempted to apply, where he was denied his first ever time around. However, this did not ever deter him, applying once again about 2 months after where he got a job as an officer at KPD, reaching the rank of Sergeant where he had also gotten the name, Sean Gay by Captain Annabell Sturm. He had then left Karakura in an attempt to find a new job, or a new place to live. This turned out bad as all of the jobs he attempted to get deemed him as "under-qualified" or "deemed not suited for the job" which is when he returned to Karakura. He attempted to become a member of the police department again which was, to him, surprisingly accepted. This time, the male had reached the rank of Corporal and then was fired after an incident within the department with him. He had returned after going anonymous and unseen for over 3 months. He once again, attempted to apply to KPD where to his astonishment, he was accepted a third time and was later fired from the department for inactivity by a new commissioner after he had not shown to work in several days. He was unable to serve for very long, hence why he is applying once again to show what he can do for the department he takes his own family. He hopes this time around he can make a large difference for his department he deems as irreplaceable for him.
