Can't break private chest in my sharehouse room.

Issue: I just got a new room in a sharehouse (ShareHouse #4) And I saw that there was a Private chest in my room with the name "Frettrickhater" and I can't break it. It's taking up so much space and I cant decorate my room fully how I want it, because that chest is there. What do I do? if you can, can you please delete the chest?
