Cant Grade up

I've been stuck in grade 10 for around 5-6 months now and whenever i do /grade it says ive reached the max grade but im only in grade 10.

I would like to be in grade 12 age 18 if you could do that please

Make sure to head to this forum thread, and you can request to be aged up to Grade-12!
Follow the format shown pinned to the top of the list, and fill it out accordingly; The most important part is to include a screenshot of what /grade says. An admin+ will respond to it as soon as they are available too!
