Hi, i'm a new player of this server, i wanted to enjoy it for the first time but when i try to open the server it tells me: Can't seralize unregistered packet, what should i do?

This issue sometimes happens due to an issue with the plugin ViaVersion and its forks. Try connecting with 1.19.4, then try 1.16.5 if 1.19.4 fails.

If none of these work, try using a different server IP (ia schoolrp.net)
