I'm applying as Caretaker.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The Caretaker is a important role in the school. They keep track of everything happening, dissolve fights, help wounded students to the nurse office or generally help with directions in the School. They help in events for security or on the normal school ground. If one does not listen to the Caretaker, it normally gets desolved by handing out a detention or suspension.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been on SRP for quite a while now and would say I generally know the basics I need. I've been on other RP Servers and have experience there about 2 Years of RP, as a medical staff and Gang Affiliated Criminal.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
I tell him to stop insulting faculty. If said student Ignores, I will tell him again to stop and if the situation doesn't change, I will threaten with Detention for the Student. Is this Ignored, I will act out said Detention.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: I immediately go between and tell them to stop fighting or I will have to punish them. Is said warning ignored I will act with punishment without further reaction and should it act out too far I will get help from further faculty / KPD.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I ask them kind if they know what they are doing and informing them about missbehaivor. Should this accur more freqently, I will tell a higher up on said Employees Actions.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
I will act obviously friendly to all kinds of faculty that may enter such room and maybe have a little talk. I will not yell or start discussions in any kind, rather enjoying a short break.

/me &cpicks up one of the Mugs from the Table before carefully putting it under the Coffee Machiene. Whilst looking at his Phone in the right hand, he'd turn on the Machiene and wait a few seconds before stopping it and taking a sip from the hot mug.
/me &cpoints to the students and tells them in an disappointed matter:&f "You both will get Detention after school if you dont immediately stop that fighting." &cHe'd pull his Radio down from the Shirt before giving trough a quick talk and setting it back up.
/me &cwould wave friendly towards the Professor and ask; &f"Oh, Good morning Mr.! How's going so far?"&c after putting his Hand back down and reaching it forward to an expecting handshake.

Backstory
Theodore Sadiković was born in a small city in Germany, together with his brother Lennard Sadiković. Their Parents were an alcoholic and a prostitute who left them soon after they were born, at 3 years old. They got set infront of an Orphanage in which -Theodore atleast- received a loving community though his brother Lennard wasn't as lucky. At the age of 16 They both got adopted by an English Family, who to be exact, treated them like street dogs. Soon to be after the family wanted to go onto a trip back to England, in which Theodore saw a chance. At the Airport he stole a mans Ticket and ran away, soon to be ending up in the US while his brother watched. He still wrote letters to him, even after he was gone, and got weekly responds as he didn't own a phone. In the US Theodore joined at first the local Hospital as a doctor with a fake ID which he heavily relied on. Later, as this was found out, he got fired and joined a Gang which had a lot of rivals. In a shooting at local slums of UC (Unica City) using black market aqquired weapons, he and his partners took 7 lives from a Rival Gang named MS-13. Sooner this gang had to dissolve because of a snitch who told them to the cops. With the Money he made trough selling at Black Markets, he hoped for a better life and went to his dream Country: Japan. There he was at first involved into Cult related crimes which left him with a shock, a love for alcohol and a new trait: Pacifist, later on. He found what he thought to be the love of his life which though shortly after, apparently killed herself to which he again had a strong relationship with alcoholism. Soon after he found someone he truly saw his love in and went to date that Person for about 2 months until getting a quick Marriage on a balcony. As he saw that the Allowance wasn't enough to keep the Apartment and their needs, he decided to apply for a job as a Caretaker at his local School. While waiting for a reply, the unthinkable happend for him. He got a call from a Person asking him to get to the Train Station at the Plaza of Karakura, the city he lived in. As he arrived he saw a familiar face, someone, who seemed to be his long forgotten brother; Lennard Sadiković...
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Partly the Money of course, but mostly that I want to add more to Theodores Storyline and experience role-play as a Faculty Staff on RPH as I never had such a experience on this server yet.
