CarnageRP: Items Glitched while in Edit Mode

VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME:
I was building in my apartment a while ago and I seen I had this in my inventory, It was my old Items I accidently left with apartment edit mode on. The Items I would like back are the Bentley Jeep, Chokoku (Sasuke's sword, my custom Item I think that's the sword I had I honestly can't remember), and the kitty ears. I would mainly like the Bentley car back into my inventory.
