On my main account (CarnageRP) I'm currently College (No team as of yet) and on my alt (CarnageRP3) I have a Adult role due to me being a verified Business owner.
Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP due to the simple fact, SchoolRP was made and is based around that school vibe, It's also where mostly new and returning players go too to interact with other characters and a place where people can create that friendship inside character RP and out of RP too.
Sometimes Teachers are important because of them being able to try and actually teach us some stuff we may not know if that's in English class or even art for those who are more educated in those apartments / have Art or History as a hobby they enjoy keeping a hold on.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes

What's your character's full name?: Damien Ito Hashirama
What is your character's nationality?: Japanese
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Physical Education

The 27 year old male standing in front of you would be standing at 6'6". His voice would sound rather deep however, It'll have that calm aspect to it. As you stand near the male you would get a whiff of the male's Creed Royale Aftershave, He'd have a tattoo's Filling both his arms. Damien would have a rather attractive appearance with his right side of his face burnt.
Damien Ito Hashirama has always been a man eager to get in the spotlight meaning, He enjoys the attention for either attempting to coach a team or even hanging around with colleagues. Damien is a calm and open-minded person, He enjoys having banter, He's the type to get everyone Drunk at the end of the night if a party was happening, He's a caring person towards his loved ones and friends. However, Damien can act C***y towards people If he’s in a “jolly” mood, Damien doesn’t care about what people say or do to him but he does have his limits to how much he can really take day to day.
Damien is just a man who enjoys his casual Whiskey and a pay check at the end of each month, Damien is also a man who has his mind set on aiding his father in their family business which is called "Hashirama INC" His plans for the future intails, Keeping his teacher job while investing some of his money into the family business.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Damien is the type of person to care for his co-workers in a friendly and respectful way, He will do as much as he can to befriend everyone in the office even if that means the SLT maybe some even remember him from when he was apart of the College Football Team, Who knows though. When it comes to Students, Damien will do everything in his power to push them to be the best version of themselves meaning, If Damien is teaching football and he has some football team members in his class he will teach them some stuff that even Damien picked up when he was on his team, Damien just wants to give his students the chance Damien wasn't really shown.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Damien wants to find a way to make a few extra bucks, Damien grew up in Karakura and even played for the College Football team so this is him giving his time back to Karakura High before he goes and puts himself in the family business. Damien has already got his degree in Teaching Physical Education last year which is why he left Karakura for a long time and he is hoping to make his return to push his students to the best versions of themselves.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Damien would walk over to the student and ask them to explain what they do not understand with the content provided to them, Damien would then proceed to explain it in a way they might be able to understand I.E If It's something to do with gym equipment and if they don't know how to use it, Damien would proceed to show them as a demonstration what they must do talking them through it as he shows it.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Damien would just stare at the student placing his pen onto the table, crossing his arms or even taking a sip of his cup of tea leaning against his table before clearing his throat hoping to get the student's attention. Damien would ask if they were finished and if they spoke rudely towards Damien, All Damien would do is walk over to the student and proceed to throw them out with a detention slip.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Due to me wishing to be apart of the Physical Education position, My first Interactive class Idea would be I'd split the class in two making sure it's equal half's before walking to the footballpitch choosing someone to be the "Team Captain" of the two splitted class, I'd then tell them the rules of the Football and the positions that are played I.E Defence, Goalie and Offence and explaining where you shouldn't cross over or be near. I'd let them play a full match first to 10 points wins. First team hits to 10 points the winning team will each be given a token.
My second interactive class idea would be getting everyone changed into gym gear before heading down to the school gym and splitting the class into 4 groups of 3, I would proceed to go around each equipment showing one demonstration of how each equipment works and then letting them get on with it for 2 minutes before changing around clockwise.
