Man, the guy’s mouth just runs before his brain even gets a chance to wake up. Stuff flies out—sharp, quick, and half the time he has no clue he’s even done it until the room goes all awkward and someone’s staring at their shoes. He’s not trying to be a jerk, honestly. He just… blurts things. Stuff that probably should’ve stayed in the mental drafts folder, you know? He’s not out here trying to slice people up for sport. It’s just what happens when his insides start buzzing and there’s nowhere for all that static to go except out. And yeah, people end up hurt. He hates himself for it, but by then, well, damage is done.

But instead, he stood frozen in his hallway helpless, as Ji-Won, his 'friend', his first almost everything was stabbed right infant of him during a violent confrontation. A moment stretched so far, it never snapped back.
He didn't move.
Didn't scream.
Didn't save anyone.
He was just... there.
That moment carved a. hole inside him. A quiet, aching thing that never quite healed. From that day on, Jae-Hwan became OBSESSED with control, not out of arrogance, but out of fear. Fear of not being fast enough. Not being strong enough.
He couldn't even watch Duri properly. What kind of big brother lets something like that happen?
It marked a turning point in his life. One he never fully came back from.
Since then, his brain never stops moving. He's constantly overthinkining, running simulations in his head of how things could go wrong, how he'd fix them. How he'd stop it next time. He can't sit still. Can't relax. Every detail matters, because missing one might mean losing someone else.
It's the reason he's always scattered. Why does he look distracted? He doesn't lack focus, he has focus on everything at once. He's hyper focused. He has twelve steps planned out while he is blaming himself for missing the thirteen.
He used to be carefree, but now?
He is a boy who feels he has an anchor keeping him in place, doubling checking every room , and referring to people as "beauty" just to remind himself that they are still there.
Jiwon's name rarely leaves his mouth. Not because he forgot.
But because, remember hurts like hell.

ae-Hwan does not "normally" eat in terms of meal times. He typically eats light food more closely resembling snacking throughout the day and is generally more likely to forgo a meal rather than eat a heavier meal.
