WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
Now I've been watching the 11 clubs that are on the roster for the past month now and realized, not a lot of activity is coming from most of these clubs or any activity from any of them at all, the most active clubs I've seen for myself are the Maid club, Photography, Science and journalism with the Maid club being the most active from what I've seen with their events and such. With 11 clubs and a full roster with just a few of them popping up for an event, then never be seen again and with the current system of applying for a club/creating a club, it's just as long as it makes sense it can go on the roster. I'm not saying this is a bad thing BUT what it can be changed to is if the SLT can deem the club fit enough to the point where they can see these clubs hosting events as often as the Maid club does. I'll leave the photography club out of this because they're more of school assistance for events and stuff if you get what I mean, the clubs I'm targeting most here are the ones that I don't really see hosting events or making much sense in Karakura's setting. Don't get me wrong I think the concept of clubs is great and love the way some of them bring a way to prepare players for bigger city roles, like the journalist club which helps players get the experience needed for whenever they decide to apply for the reporter role, you can see this threat as a suggestion to add more strict guidelines or add to the current ones to make clubs more active than they are, or to revive the ones that we haven't really seen from. What I want to suggest is a new way to read club applications and to change some of the current ones on the roster, to read club applications and accept the ones that SLT really sees as being active enough to be memorable and want players to engage in these clubs more, along with removing/changing some clubs on the roster that can't really fulfill that need of activity. TLDR: Have a new system where only clubs that can be seen as active and can have often openings be put on the roster and accepted on applications or something like that.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
This would clean up un-needed clubs and players can apply for clubs that could potentially be better and add to the current ones that do engage in actual roleplay and events

Mm I kind of get where you are coming from, but not really. Are you referring to making some sort of way to tell if a club is going to be active or not? If so, I have a rather large sum of reasons as to why this wouldn't necessarily work out. First off, this would be extremely hard to manage as for the amount of people who want to start clubs unless you do it in the order of [Accepted -> Trial -> Denial/Welcome] but this would be a rather large pain for everyone, much more work and your hopes would go down leaving less motivation. If I recall correctly the main focus is more so of sports teams so this wouldn't be at the top of the list.

I agree with each club finding a way to contribute to the server (which they should but mostly aren't as of current) but how would you go about it? Anyways, the tl;dr didn't make sense in my opinion, how/why would they gain activity just from not being on the roster? Either way, if an official club is not on the roster then an empty slot is being taken up without even being shown, the inactive clubs should just be wiped instead.

Also please format this ;sob;

I think clubs should probably be more active but at the same time there are clubs that no one necessarily relies on. I'm dropping a neutral.

REVIEWED

All clubs already have to host at least three big school-wide events per year, being the other ones private for the club members. If a club doesn't achieve that and it's noticed their inactivity, the club leader will be removed or the whole club will be disbanded. For now, most of the clubs are filling up their activity logs so there is no need to disband any of them.

I understand how it is to see a maid club that can open every time they want, since it's basically a restaurant, and look at the theatre club and not has frequent things coming from them. But it's needed to understand that every club is unique and some of them need preparation before doing public events, not all of them can open like a restaurant like Maid club.

But indeed clubs have to be active, that's why I'm already working on changing the application format to include activity programs and events ideas club leaders must have before applying for a club
