Mavoria would simply tell them to calm down
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Mavoria will stop the fight and report them to a principal
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Mavoria will them that's not very appropriate and let them know
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Mavoria will strike up conversations. She would have a laidback attitude

/me Mavoria ties the apron around herself getting ready to prep the vegetables she is planning to make stew with. She has a serious look on her face and concentrating on cutting the veggies. She accidently knicks her fingers and immediately rushes to the nurse to get a band aid
/me Mavoria walks to the break room while she stumbles Apon students fighting, she immediately tells them to knock it off "Thats not appropriate behavior!" She sends them to the principal's office
/me Mavoria finally reaches the break room and relaxes on the couch when a coworker makes conversation, she happily conversates back.

Backstory
Mavoria grew up in Japan, Tokyo. She was an unplanned pregnancy, but her parents still raised her with love. She grew up surrounded by family and friends and was very popular in school, she always loved cooking and the thought of giving rather than receiving. Her friends always were there for her even in bad times. Her mother sadly passed away due to lung cancer now her dad who is 74 is her only parent. Mavoria is still grateful she has come this far. To this day Mavoria succeeds in every class and has top notch grades. Come graduation she moved into an apartment with her new dog Coco.
