How often do you log onto the server?:
I tend to come online at this server as much as i can due to the fact of me having interest and enjoying the variation of role-play in it, I am online mostly everyday and all day(12-13 hours) at weekends at Australian NSW time (AEST). Hopefully i can keep this activeness up and use it to benefit my role as a Private Tutor.
Do you have discord?
Yes i have a discord account which i can use for the role and i’m mostly on it everyday.
Do you have a microphone?
Yes i have a microphone headset which i can use to speak in meetings or anywhere else i am needed to speak during any situations.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
1 ban for 2 days, for hitting someone with a katana during the purge. Hopefully i don't get let down by this and learn my mistake.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
Yes i can ensure that i will be on as much as i can, to the maximum and help out the role-play community.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes i recognise that i can be fired ICly due to inactivity or anything negative i do IC.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A tutor is a person who provides assistance or tutelage to one or more people on certain subject areas or skills. Tutoring can take place in different settings, such as a classroom, a formal tutoring center, or the home of the tutor/learner.
a high school student who excels in one subject can earn $10 to $15 dollars an hour tutoring other students, while a recent college graduate can earn around $15 to $20 an hour. A private tutor with a master's degree can earn from $20 and up an hour.
In-home tutoring is a form of tutoring that occurs in the home. Tutoring is receiving guidance or instruction by a tutor. Most often the tutoring relates to an academic subject or test preparation. This is in contrast to tutoring centers ortutoring provided through after-school programs.

I Have no past experience of role-playing as a private tutor although i have experience role-playing with a private tutor.

In my beliefs, the experience i have in roleplay are mostly based off high school, as ive been roleplaying in the server for 2 years as a grade 12, i also have experience as the schools Council Vice President, other experience i have is being a college student.

A private tutor is an instructor who teaches specific subject or skill to the student or group of students. The main purpose of tutor is to improve the knowledge and skill of students than in class room setting. Normally tutors are often hired and paid by the students or parents.
They help improve academically in a private, non-classroom setting either individually or with small groups by instructing them to improve their study skills, test-taking strategies, note-taking skills, or grasp of content. A tutor assists students review and complete class material.
Understanding the role of a Tutor. A tutor is a highly qualified professional and experienced individual who assists students academically. Whether they are struggling in a particular subject or wishing to excel in another, a tutor will assist, evaluate, motivate, develop and integrate their students learning.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would first of all tell the student not to swear, if he/she continues the negative behaviour, i will tell a teacher about it.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
If the job is suitable for my school employee job, then of course i'd have to follow the principals order, if it isn't a job that suits the job i work on, then i'd question the principal as to why he has given me the dangerous job and if he forces me to continue this irrelevant behaviour and it can lead to something very dangerous, then i'd report to a police.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I'd ask the employee if what he was doing was for his job, if he replies with no then i'd tell the principal or a head teacher, if he replies with yes i would still tell someone to make sure he/she is in safety.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My motivation for joining is that i want to help out the schools community and make sure the students learn what they are interested in and improve on their learning skills so that they can have a job and work in the future.
Age: 20 as the job is being a Private Tutor and the workers are usually young.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I recon i should be accepted because i can help out with the high school community, as i am very active and set for a job, i believe that if i get this role as a private tutor, then i can try my absolute best to make any student improve in whichever way they need to. If i get this job, hopefully i'd keep on track and not let anything irrelevant get in the way of me.
