9/10, I’m on most days but every now and again I will take a 1-2 day break to recharge. I work full time in real life as well, and my hours are a bit wonky.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Plenty! I have been roleplaying since.. well, I started out in elementary school but it was really basic back then. I got really into it during middle school and when Discord first launched, then I stopped for a few years and picked it back up again at the end of High School. I like to think I have a vast range when it comes to the characters I roleplay, they’re all pretty different from each other in distinct ways.

Psychiatrist preferably, but I am open for anything.
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
Not much! So far I have not made friends with anyone in this faction, so I’m trying to make it through myself. I know the chances are slim, by I should try right?
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?

Character Backstory (Optional):
Elias Falk-Tachibana was born in Sweden to a Swedish mother and an American father who was serving in the military. Due to his father's service, the family frequently relocated throughout his childhood. When Elias was fourteen, his parents were killed during their first year living in Japan… it was a devastating car accident which occurred shortly after Elias was dropped off for an overnight stay at a friend’s house. With there being no immediate family able to care for him, he was adopted by close friends of his parents, the Tachibana family; an older couple who had no children of their own. After some time he ended up changing his name to include Tachibana, as thanks to the older couple for taking him in.
For a long time Elias was unable to move past his grief and trauma from losing parents in a foreign country, which is why Elias himself had to spend several years attending therapy… Thankfully he had an amazing support system, and was able to work through it, consistency and routine helped a lot. The support he received during that time left a lasting impact on him and inspired him to pursue psychiatry! Hoping to someday provide others with the same guidance and support that helped him rebuild his own life, he is passionate and dedicated to this path!
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

Psychiatry! After benefiting from psychiatric care following the loss of his parents, Elias developed a passion for mental health and chose to specialize in psychiatry so he could provide the same support to others! He is very passionate about the subject matter, and wants to help as many people as he can… often needing to be reminded that his own mental health needs and wellbeing ALSO need to be taken into consideration.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Elias has completed clinical psychiatry residency training under the supervision of licensed psychiatrists… but no real work experience out in the field. He is still a freshy! Give him a chance, and he may prosper in a welcoming environment.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Elias is nothing special at first glance! Just your average looking Swedish guy, with light blonde hair and green eyes that almost have the same piercing effect as a blue pair. His skin is warm, but shows no sign of freckles or beauty marks, a clean slate. He is quite a tall lad, especially compared to the average Japanese male and yet he behaves as if he is not tall at all- often forgetting he is taller than average and running into trouble with doorways and shorter ceilings. Think of Gandolf when he enters Bilbo’s hobbit home for the first time and it’s nearly the equivalent.
All things considered, Elias turned out to be a very respectful and considerate man. He prefers routine and keeping his space clean and tidy(army brat), but he is also a creature of habit! Nearly bringing the same lunch to work every day, and preparing the same dinner at home each night… but often just opting for a Coffee for breakfast. He is humble, and empathetic, he seems to care a great deal about the people in his life, and especially his work. What is a human without a purpose? After all.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
He is something of an Omnivert, he works well with others and can get along fairly well, but he also works well on his own. Elias is very adaptable, that’s how he became so accustomed to living in Japan in his preteens… sometimes too adaptable, he forgets that he is actually Swedish at times.
